Dr. Sue Edwards
What are the solutions for organic mentoring? In the second episode of this series, we move from the challenge to the solutions. Based on her book Organic Mentoring: A Mentor’s Guide to Relationships with Next Generation Women, Dr. Sue Edwards discusses solutions for organic mentoring problems with Dr. Kay Daigle.
In the first episode, their conversation defined the challenge of organic mentoring, one that you may have encountered in your own mentoring program. Don’t miss the final episode in the series: Matches that Click. The entire series is available on video.
BOW has other resources on mentoring: a series with Dr. Joye Baker of DTS on Finding a Mentor and a post by Dr. Sue Edwards, How to Sabotage Mentoring by Being a Good Role Model.

Dr. Edwards, i sent a request, i believe on your books website explaining that my wife, using your book, began a mentoring program for women in our church. Its still in its infant stages but so far has amazed our pastors how effective it may be.
I was hoping to have a short conversation with you regarding mentoring young and middle-aged men within our body. My pastors have slated me to research how and what resources to use to accomplish this. If you would be willing to have a quick discussion or send me a contact person to discuu this with i would greatly aplreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
In Christ,
Greg Pinto

Hi Greg,
Dr. Edwards doesn’t moderate this website. She is a guest speaker. I will forward your request to her today. I’ve been out of town for the past 2 weeks and am sorry that I wasn’t able to respond sooner. Let me know if you don’t hear from her this week.
Blessings–
Kay Daigle
