Raising Leaders for God’s Kingdom

Beyond Ordinary Women Ministries was founded in January of 2013 by Dr. Kay Daigle. After years of experience in leadership – both as a volunteer and as a church staff member – Kay realized that women are often limited by a lack of easily and cheaply available resources and training. Women need to be encouraged and equipped as leaders in their relationships, churches and communities. Kay felt called to use her experiences to challenge and train women to use their influence for the kingdom of God and thus founded Beyond Ordinary Women Ministries.

“When I first accepted church leadership roles, I realized how much I needed help. I felt ill-equipped and unprepared as I fumbled to know the best ways to fulfill my volunteer responsibilities. Because my local church had no one to equip its women leaders, I was forced to find training elsewhere. I discovered great value in that preparation and want to help equip and mobilize other women. I am excited about the impact a trained and challenged group of women can have in their churches and communities.”
