Because BOW exists to prepare women for Christian leadership, we regularly create free videos to help leaders. (Both men and women can benefit.) Our latest videos deal with a foundational skill for leaders–vision!
Debbie Stuart and I sat down a few weeks ago as she shared her experience discovering and casting vision. For anyone who believes that God is calling you to do something big, these are must-see videos.
Many of us, however, aren’t involved in big ministry, as Debbie is, but we need vision if we want to maximize our influence where we live day by day. So after Debbie shot her series, I sat down to encourage and challenge everyone to seek God’s vision in smaller places as a parent, mentor, or spouse for example.
