Our Ministry to Women Action Plan Compass provides a quick way to assess what you are doing so that you can develop a plan to strengthen what is weak. Like any other compass, it points you in the right direction to head from where you are now in your particular church context.
The compass involves assessing four fundamental areas of ministry to women with two sub-areas for each:
- Discipleship: Bible Study & Mentoring
- Community: Groups & Care
- Missions: Near & Far
- Leadership: Training and Development, & Organization
The compass is easy to use and allows you to assess where you are at a glance.
