To have meetings that work requires intentional action to be timely leading a meeting. Meetings can be the worst, but they do not have to be if the leader will realize that leading meetings is a skill that can be developed and improved on. She needs to be intentional before, during and after the meeting, which includes being timely leading a meeting.
