When I was a volunteer in charge of a women’s ministry in my church, I learned by trial and error. If you find yourself leading a ministry in your church, whether as a volunteer or staff member, I suspect you may have decisions to make and no one to call for help. Perhaps you have wise friends, but sometimes you need help from someone who has done it. Or someone outside of your church.
